I have a garage gym, so limited space. I would like to get a glute ham raise or sled or prowler ( sled/prowler work would be done outside). Which one would you choose for maximum benefit? Thanks, by the way your 3x3 rack is a badass piece of equipment.

I'm not Dave but I have an answer.
The original TPS was about as big as a small garage and we had the same issues.
Our budget was also tight.
We got a GHR - Glute Ham Raise first and a Dragging Sled second. The main reason was that it was winter and we would be inside most of the time anyway.
We didn't get a Old School Prowler 2 because it didn't exist yet!

If your budget allows get a Prowler and a GHR.
The Prowler does not take up a lot of space. The poles come out and you can stand it up against a wall. The Prowler: E-Series Prowler® is a little smaller and takes up even less space when disassembled.
